Simon Penn Building are one of Whanganui’s leading residential construction firms and hold the regional license for eHaus Passive Homes. Simon and Stacey came to us with a desire to bring their online pressence up to the same high standards as their build quality.

We began with photography to build a fresh portfolio of their most recent, stunning builds. This provided ample content with which to develop a new website and really showcase their capabilities.

In association with eHaus we also scripted, shot and edited a short video promoting the benefits of building to the PassivHaus standard. This was deliberately produced using affordable, accessible gear and shot completely on a cell phone to showcase the power and possibilities of video marketing at the eHaus annual conference.

When it came to a new website, we put a strong focus on high quality, compelling content to highlight the strengths of their team, the benefits of energy-efficient construction, and their special partnership with eHaus.
